The Oliver resides on bustling Division Street amidst Portland mainstays like Stumptown Coffee, Ava Genes and the quiet retreat of Mt. Tabor. Twenty-one design-forward one and two bedroom units offer private patios, floor to ceiling storefront windows and a ground-floor Tea Bar. With custom photography commissioned throughout, a private rooftop patio overlooking expansive southeast Portland and private bike parking on the main level, The Oliver offers a worthy home base in the midst of vibrant southeast Portland.

The Oliver boasted high glaze storefront windows throughout the building, variable refrigerant flow heating and cooling, and low flow plumbing fixtures.

Capitalized and developed privately, Gerding Edlen Management oversaw the branding, lease-up, management and disposition of The Oliver. Brought on as management amidst construction delays, GEM produced the building identity and navigated pre-leasing during construction close-out over the holiday season, opening the building at 28% preleased and stabilizing in early March.  Managing both the marketing and FF&E budgets, GEM oversaw the selection of all interior décor and furnishings, compiled all building start-up inventories and implemented operational systems. After stabilization GEM focused on continuing to drive rents and the building sold in 2015
