GEM engaged early in the development process by producing operating budgets, determining market rents, and participating in design feedback. GEM also provided input on the building branding––services from name selection, to marketing collateral and website design. GEM is also overseeing portions of the FF&E budget. The Façade will feature custom art glass, and commissions from local artists will reside in the lobby and resident corridors.
